1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Brainy Bricks website and any voucher purchase made through WhatsApp, phone, or email with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Eligibility

Our vouchers are intended for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria set by the respective exam body (PTE, TOEFL, GRE, Duolingo English Test, or CELPIP). It's your responsibility to confirm your own eligibility before purchasing.

3. Voucher validity

Every voucher code we issue is genuine and sourced through authorized channels. Validity periods, usage rules, and any restrictions are set by the respective exam body — not by Brainy Bricks — and are shared with you at the time of delivery.

4. Pricing & payment

• Prices displayed on this website are indicative and may change to reflect updates in official exam fees.
• The final price is always confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment.
• Payment is accepted via UPI or direct bank transfer only. We never ask for your card PIN, OTP, or net-banking password.
• Your order is confirmed only once payment is received and acknowledged.

5. Delivery timelines

We aim to deliver every voucher code within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. While we work hard to stay within this window, delivery can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including delays from the issuing exam body. We will always keep you informed if a delay arises.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Because voucher codes are digital and delivered directly to you, orders cannot be cancelled once a code has been issued. If a code is found to be invalid or undeliverable due to an error on our part, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Refund requests should be raised with us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and exam details at the time of booking.
• Keep your voucher code confidential and use it only for your own registration.
• Book your test slot with the exam body within the code's validity window.

8. Limitation of liability

Brainy Bricks acts as a facilitator connecting candidates with authorized voucher codes. We are not responsible for decisions made by exam bodies, test centre availability, or outcomes of the exam itself. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the voucher in question.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, and the Brainy Bricks logo — is the property of Brainy Bricks and may not be copied or reused without permission. Exam names (PTE, TOEFL, GRE, Duolingo English Test, CELPIP) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
