1. Information we collect
When you reach out to Brainy Bricks — by WhatsApp, phone, email, or the contact form on this website — we may collect:
- Your name and contact details (phone number, email address)
- The exam and voucher you're enquiring about or purchasing
- Payment confirmation details (e.g. a UPI transaction reference) needed to verify your order
- Any other information you choose to share with us in conversation
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising scripts on this website beyond what's needed to load fonts and maps.
2. How we use your information
- To quote, process, and deliver the exam voucher you've requested
- To communicate with you about your order status
- To keep basic records for accounting and GST compliance
- To improve our service based on genuine customer feedback
3. Sharing & disclosure
We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share the minimum necessary details with the exam body or voucher-issuing partner required to generate your voucher code, or with authorities if legally required to do so.
4. Payments
Brainy Bricks does not store your card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials at any point. Payments are made directly via your own UPI app or bank transfer, and we only ever ask for a transaction reference to confirm receipt.
5. Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary, functional elements (like remembering your cookie/consent choice, if applicable) — no third-party tracking or ad cookies are set by us.
6. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over WhatsApp, email, or the internet is ever 100% secure, and we encourage you to avoid sharing sensitive financial credentials with anyone, including us.
7. Data retention
We retain order-related information for as long as necessary to comply with our accounting, tax, and legal obligations, after which it is safely discarded.

Our services are intended for individuals who are of legal age to register for the exams we support, or for parents/guardians booking on behalf of a minor candidate. We do not knowingly collect data from children outside that context.
